Saturday Breakfast
After waking up from a restful night’s sleep, come join our staff for a delicious breakfast spread! Items will include freshly sliced fruit trays, yogurt with scrumptious fruit and granola, chewy breakfast cookies, and to top it all off, whole wheat bagels with spreads. Warm the soul with Seattle’s Best Coffee or herbal teas, in both caffeinated and decaffeinated varieties. For those of us who don’t need that morning caffeine boost, water will also be provided. Eat to your heart’s desire before the busy day ahead!

Saturday Lunch
Hop on back over to Cartwright Center for a lunch that is to die for! Starting off with a fresh fruit salad, your taste buds are being prepped for what is to come next. Barbecued beef brisket and chicken served buffet style with pasta and potato salad, baked beans, fruit, and that all important staple of corn bread. To finish off this lunch of champions, warm apple crisp will be served, along with ice tea, lemonade, and water.
Saturday Dinner
Time for the event everyone has been waiting for: The Dinner Gala! Show up in style to the La Crosse Center in scenic downtown for a night of fun, laughter, and great food. Our fantastic staff has a delicious meal planned that would make Hollywood blush! Things will start off light on the buffet line with a freshly tossed salad with an array of dressings. Moving along the line your eyes and nose will be welcomed by the sight and smell of pasta with sauces to top it all off. Eat your fill of garlic bread to put the cherry on top of the whole meal. To culminate the evening, coffee and German Chocolate cake will be served for dessert.
Sunday Breakfast
For those that opt for it, the WURHA 2014 staff would like to provide a farewell breakfast before you head back home. Bagels and pastries with all the fixings, along with orange juice and coffee will help wake everyone up for the long journey home. The WURHA staff would like to take this time to thank you for coming to UW-La Crosse and we hope you enjoyed WURHA 2014!
