As you walk into the La Crosse Center’s North Hall you will be transported back to Hollywood in the 1940’s. Iconic Hollywood images in black and white all around you with stars and their agents dressed to the nines in a classy black and white tie affair. The flashes of cameras surround you as you begin your walk on the red carpet. After posing for your pictures on the red carpet you will be seated and the Gala will begin. The Gala will start off with a light salad and some bread, moving on to a pasta bar, finishing off with a delicious dessert. Then the moment every star dreams of will begin, The Oscars. Awards will be presented to the stars who shined brightest and truly left their mark on this conference. After The Oscars are presented all the stars and agents will have a variety of options for the night. There will be many different after parties, networking opportunities, a swap shop, and most  importantly the Red Carpet Dance will begin. Both the stars and agents will have the opportunity to head back to their dressing rooms where there will be concessions and other after parties. The night will be a star studded event looking back at the legacy each attendee has left behind them at the conference, as well as a celebration of the future legacy each attendee will will leave in the years to come.
